Is VisualBucks a professional appraisal?
No. VisualBucks provides informational AI-assisted estimates only. It is not a professional appraisal, legal valuation, tax valuation, insurance appraisal, or authenticity guarantee.
Can VisualBucks guarantee resale price?
No. Values may vary based on condition, image quality, market demand, timing, region, buyer interest, and available identifying information.
What is a scan credit?
Scan credits are used to run valuation-related scan actions in the app.
What is the difference between Fast Scan and Deep Scan?
Fast Scan is designed for quicker estimates. Deep Scan uses more credits and is intended for more detailed valuation reasoning.
Where are saved reports stored?
Saved reports may be stored locally inside the VisualBucks app on the user’s device for offline access, and data may also be stored to support account, admin, support, and scan history features as described in the Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my data?
Users may request deletion of account-related data through the Data Deletion page or by emailing admin@visualbucks.com.
Who handles purchases and refunds?
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Refund eligibility and payment handling may be governed by Google Play policies.
